Our Story
Wood Light Art grew from two worlds that might seem far apart: engineering and craft.
A background in mechanical engineering and years spent in the automotive industry developed an appreciation for precision and small details..
It was also the introduction to composite materials and their applciations.
That knowledge met a more personal passion for wood. Combined with light, resin and careful craftsmanship, it becomes the starting point for pieces that are both functional and expressive.
Our Mission
We believe that the details matter.
Every piece is made with the aim of getting as close as possible to the best result.
Perfection is not always possible — especially when working with natural materials — but it is always the direction we work towards.
More importantly, we want to create objects people genuinely enjoy having around them: pieces that catch the eye, start a conversation and make a space feel warmer each time they are seen.
Our Workshop
For now, Wood Light Art is a small workshop based in northern Italy, in the Lake Garda region.
Every piece is designed, built and finished here, by hand.
